FAMILY SUPPORTS

Services and supports are offered to individuals of all ages, with developmental disabilities, who live at home with family. Services are individualized to the needs and interests of the person and their family.  Services are designed to either enhance the person’s independence and skills or provide support to the family which would enable the individual to live in the family home more easily.

Residential Habilitation Service

This service will help your loved one live comfortably and safely in his or her community. Here we help with personal care, getting to and from doctor visits, grocery shopping, cooking, and recreational activities. This is a service for people on the Community Integration Habilitation (CIH) waiver.

Participant Assistance Care

This service is similar to the Residential Habilitation Service. Participant Assistance Care (PAC) will help your loved one live comfortably and safely in his or her community. Here we help with personal care, getting to and from doctors’ visits, grocery shopping, cooking, and recreational activities. This is a service for people on the Family Supports (FS) waiver.

Respite Services

Respite provides support/respite for the Caregiver.  Our trained staff will give you a break from caregiving to participate in or enjoy other activities (though utilizing this time for work is not allowed by the state) Whether we take your loved one out of the home on a special outing or stay at home to give you some time away, you can trust that our staff will care for your loved one while you are enjoying the respite. This is a service for people on the Family Supports (FS) Waiver.
